Paradise Bakery and Café, a national bakery chain, just opened up a new location near my day job in Sandy, Utah. Jenny, their catering manager, came by with some muffins and a menu to promote the store, so I thought I'd give them a plug.The zucchini and walnut muffin was very tasty. The menu looks very tempting, as well.
