Today is
Confessions of a Mormon Foodie's fourth birthday! It's hared to believe it's been four years since I started this blog. It's been a fun ride, and I hope to bring you more food and fun as the years go on. This year I've decided to celebrate with a Red Velvet Cupcake recipe from
Dan and Sharon Yim. Dan is the community director at Kitchen Monki. If you'd rather have a full blown
Red Velvet layer cake instead, I made one for my daughter's birthday a couple of years ago.
